(وتثبت بقيةُ الأحكام) إذا ثبتت رؤية هِلال رمضان بواحد (مِن وقوع الطلاق) والعَتَاق المعلَّقَين بدخول رمضان (وحلول الآجالِ) للديون المؤجَّلة إليه (وغيرها) كانقضاء العِدَّة، والخيار المشروط، ومدَّة الإيلاء ونحوها (تبعًا) للصوم.
