(ويجب على وَليِّه) أي: المميز (أَمرُه به إذا أطاقه، وضَربُه حينئذ عليه) أي: الصوم (إذا تركه ليعتاده) كالصلاة، إلا أن الصوم أشقُّ، فاعتُبرت له الطاقة؛ لأنه قد يطيق الصلاة مَن لا يطيق الصيام.
