(ولا يجزئ أن يصوم عنه) أي: عن الكبير والمريض الذي لا يُرجى بُرؤه (غيرُه) رمضان ولا قضاؤه، ولا كفارة؛ لأنه عبادة بدنية محضة، وجبت بأصل الشرع، فلم تدخله النيابةُ كالصلاة.
