(ولا يفطر مريضٌ لا يتضرَّرُ بالصوم، كمَن به جَرَبٌ أو وَجَعُ ضِرس أو أصبع، أو دُمَّلٌ (٢) ونحوه) قيل لأحمد: متى يُفطرُ المريض؟ قال: إذا لم يستطع. قيل: مثل الحُمَّى؟ قال: وأيُّ مرض أشدُّ مِن الحُمَّى ؟! (وقال) أبو بكر
