(ومَن به شَبَقٌ (١) يخاف أن ينشقَّ ذَكَرُه) أو أنثياه أو مثانته (جامع وقضى، ولا يكفِّر، نصًّا (٢) ) نقله إسماعيل بن سعيد الشالنجي. قال أحمد: يجامع ولا يكفِّر، ويقضي يومًا مكانه، وذلك أنه إذا أخذ الرجل هذا ولم يجامع خِيف عليه أن ينشقَّ فَرْجه.
