كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن حصل له) أي: للمُنقِذ (بسبب إنقاذه ضَعفٌ في نفسه، فأفطر، فلا فِدية) على المُنقِذ، ولا على المُنقَذ (كالمريض) وإنِ احتاج في إنقاذه إلى الفِطر، وجب؛ لأن ما لا يتم الواجب إلا به فهو واجب.
