(ومَن نوى الإفطار أفطر) لأنه قَطَع نيَّة الصوم بنيَّة الإفطار، فكأنه لم يأتِ بها ابتداء (فصار كمَن لم ينوِ) الصومَ (لا كمَن أكل) ونحوه.
