ولا مكره سواء أكره على الفعل حتى فعل أو فعل به: بأن صب في حلقه مكرها أو نائما كما لو أوجر المغمى عليه معالجة

(ولا) يُفطر (مُكرهٌ، سواء أُكره على الفِعل) أي: الأكل ونحوه (حتى فَعَلَ) ما أُكره عليه (أو فُعل به، بأن صُبَّ في حَلْقه مُكرهًا أو نائمًا، كما لو أُوجِرَ المغمى عليه معالجة) لعموم قوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "وما استُكرِهُوا عليه".
