(ولو أراد أن يأكل أو يشرب مَن وَجَبَ عليه الصَّوم في) نهار (رمضان، ناسيًا أو جاهلًا، وَجَب إعلامُه على مَن رآه) كإعلام نائم إذا ضاق وقت الصلاة.
