(ومَن أكل ونحوه) بأن شرب، أو جامع (شاكًّا في طلوع الفجر، ودام شكُّه، فلا قضاء عليه) لظاهر الآية؛ ولأن الأصل بقاء الليل، فيكون زمان الشَّكِّ منه.
