(ولو أَكره زوجته) أو أمَتَه (عليه) أي: على الوطء في نهار رمضان (دفعته بالأسهل فالأسهل، ولو أفضى ذلك إلى ذهاب نفسه، كالمارِّ بين يدي المصلي، ذَكَره) أبو الوفاء علي (بن عَقيل، واقتصر عليه في "الفروع".
