(فإن لم يُخَلِّف) الميتُ (تَرِكَة، لم يلزم الوليَّ شيءٌ، لكن يُسَنُّ له فِعلُه عنه؛ لتفرغ ذِمَّته، كقضاء دينه) لأنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - شبَّهه بالدَّين.
