(ولو اعتكف مَن لا تلزمُه الجمعةُ) كالعبد، والمسافر، والمرأة (في مسجد لا تُصلَّى فيه) الجمعةُ (بَطَلَ) اعتكافه (بخروجه إليها، إن لم يشترط) الخروج إليها؛ لأنه خروج لما له بدٌّ منه
