(و) يُباح (قَتلُ القملِ والبراغيث فيه إن أخرجَه، وإلا حَرُم إلقاؤه فيه) هذا معنى كلامه في "الآداب الكبرى" . ولعله مبني على القول بنجاسة قشرهما، وإلا، فصرحوا بجواز الدَّفن، وأنه لا يُكره إن دفنها، وقرار المسجد مسجد.
