(فلا يجب) الحجُّ ولا العُمْرة (على صغير) للخبر ، ولأنه غير مكلَّف (ولا على قِنٍّ) لأن مدتها تطول، فلم يَجبا عليه؛ لما فيه من إبطال حَقِّ السيد، كالجهاد، وفيه نظر؛ لأن القصد منه الشهادة، قاله في "المبدع"
