كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وكلُّ ما أمكنه) أي: الصغير مميزًا كان أو دونه (فِعلُه بنفسه كالوقوفِ) بعَرَفة (والمبيت) بمزدلِفة وليالي منى (لَزِمَه) فِعله، بمعنى أنه لا يصحُّ أن يُفعل عنه؛ لعدم الحاجة إليه، لا بمعنى أنه يأثم بتركه؛ لأنه غير مكلف (وسواءٌ أحضره الوليُّ فيهما) أي: الوقوف والمبيت (أو غيرُه) أي: غير الولي، أو لم يحضره أحد
