(وإن أفسد) قِنٌّ (حَجَّه بالوطء، لزمه المضي فيه) كالحُرِّ (و) لزمه (القضاء) أي: قضاء ما أفسده؛ لأنَّه مكلَّف (ويصح) القضاء (في رِقِّهِ) لأنه وجب فيه، فصح كالصلاة والصيام، بخلاف حَجَّة الإسلام
