(وكذا إن تمتعَ أو أقرنَ (١) ) فإنَّه يصوم بدل الهَدي عشرة أيَّام: ثلاثة في الحجِّ، وسبعة إذا رجع؛ لأنَّه لا مال له.

وحكم المدَبَّر، والمكاتب، والمعلَّق عتقه بصفة، والمبعَّض حكم القِن فيما ذكره.
