(و) المسح على الخفين (أفضل من الغسل) ؛ لأنه - عليه السلام - وأصحابه إنما طلبوا الأفضل، وفيه مخالفة أهل البدع، ولقوله - عليه السلام -: "إن اللهَ يحبُّ أن يؤخَذَ بِرُخصِه".
