(لا) يجوز أن يُستناب عنه. مما (فوقها) أي: فوق مسافة القصر؛ لما تقدم (ولا يجزئه) حجُّ من استنيب عنه مما فوق المسافة؛ لعدم إتيانه بالواجب.
