(وكذا) تجزئه العُمرة (إن لم يخرج) إلى الحِلِّ؛ لما سبق (قدَّمه في "المغني". قال الشيخ والزركشي: هو المشهور؛ إذ فوات الإحرام من الميقات لا يقتضي البطلان) لأن الإحرام من الميقات ليس شرطًا.
