(وإن أفسد نُسُكَه هذا) الذي تجاوز فيه الميقات بلا إحرام (لم يسقط دَمُ المجاوزة) نصَّ عليه ، كدم محظور، ولأنه الأصل. ونقل مُهنَّا: يسقط؛ لأن القضاء واجب.
