(ولو كان إحرامُ الأول فاسدًا) بأن وطئ فيه (فيتوجَّه، كنَذْرِه عبادة فاسدة) هذا معنى كلامه في "الفروع" و"المبدع"، فينعقد إحرامه، ويأتي بحجَّة صحيحة، على ما يأتي في النذر.
