(وإن أحرم بنُسُكٍ) ونسيه (أو نَذَره ونَسِيه، وكان) نسيانه (قبل الطوافِ، جعله عُمْرة استحبابًا) لأنها اليقين، وله صرف الحج والقِران إليها مع العِلم، فمع الإبهام أَولى
