(وإن كان) المُحْرم المحلوق رأسه (مكرهًا) وحُلقت رأسُه (بيد غيره، أو) كان (نائمًا) وحُلقت رأسه (فـ) الفِدية (على الحالق) نصّ عليه ؛ لأنه أزال ما مُنِع من إزالته؛ كحَلْق مُحْرمٍ رأس نفسه.
