ولذلك قال: (و) يمسح على (جبيرة إلى حلها) ؛ لأن مسحها للضرورة، فيقدر بقدرها. والضرورة تدعو إلى مسحها إلى حلها. فقدر بذلك دون غيره. وبرؤها كحلها بل أولى.
