(وإن لَبِسَ مقطوعًا) من خُفٍّ ونحوه (دون الكعبين مع وجود نَعْل، حَرُمَ) كلبس الصحيح؛ لأن قطعه كذلك لا يخرجه عن كونه مخيطًا (وفدى) للبسه كذلك.
