(ويَفْدي بطَرْحِ قَباء ونحوه على كتفيه) مطلقًا. نصَّ عليه ؛ لما روى ابن المنذر مرفوعًا:"أنه نَهَى عن لبسِ الأقْبيةِ للمُحْرِم" ورواه النجَّاد عن علي ، ولأنه مخيط، وهو عادة لبسه كمخيط.
