(والخُنثى المُشْكل إن لَبِسَ المخيطَ) ولم يُغَطِّ وجهه، فلا فِدية عليه؛ لاحتمال كونه امرأة (أو غطَّى وجهه وجسده من غير لُبْسٍ) للمخيط (فلا فِدية) لاحتمال كونه رجلا
