(وكذا لو وُجِدَ من المُحرِم عند رؤية الصيدِ ضَحِكٌ، أو استشراف) نفسٍ (فَفَطِنَ له غيرُه) أي: غير المُحرِم، فلا تحريم ولا ضمان؛ لما تقدم من حديث أبي قتادة
