(وإن باض على فراشه أو متاعه) صيد (فنقله) أي: البيض (برفق، ففسد) أي: البيض بنقله (فكجَرادٍ انفرش (٢) في طريقه) فيضمنه على ما يأتي؛ لأنه أتلفه لمنفعته.
