(ومَن ملك صيدًا في الحِل، فأدخله الحرمَ المكيّ، لزمه إرسالُه) لأنَّه صار صيد حَرَمٍ بحلوله فيه (أو أمسكه في الحرم، فأخرجه إلى الحِلِّ، لزمه إرسالُه) اعتبارًا بحال السبب
