(وإن كانا) أي: الخفان (مخرقين) ولبس أحدهما فوق الآخر (وسترا) محل الفرض (لم يجز المسح) عليهما ولا على أحدهما؛ لأن كل واحد منهما غير صالح للمسح على انفراده. كما لو لبس مخرقًا فوق لفافة.
