(وإن مَذَى بذلك) فعليه شاة؛ لأنه يحصُل به التذاذ، كاللمس. (أو أمنى بنظرة واحدة فـ) ـعليه (شاةٌ) أو صيام ثلاثة أيام، أو إطعام ستة مساكين، كفدية أذًى؛ لأنه فِعْل يحصُل به اللذَّة، أوجب الإنزال، أشبه اللمس.
