(ويُشترطُ عِلمه بحصُولها) أي: السَّبْع حصيات (في المَرْمى) في جَمْرة العقبة (وفي سائر الجمرات) لأن الأصل بقاء الرَّمْي في ذِمته، فلا يزول عنه بالظن، ولا بالشَّكِّ فيه.
