(وينقض مسه) أي: الذكر (بفرج غير ذكر) فينقض مس الذكر بقبل أنثى، أو دبر مطلقًا بلا حائل؛ لأنه أفحش من مسه باليد.
ولا ينقض مس ذكر بذكر، ولا قبل بقبل، أو دبر وعكسه.
