(فإن لمس) رجل أو امرأة أو خنثى (قُبل خنثى مشكل وذكره، ولو كان هو) أي: الخنثى (اللامس) لقبل نفسه وذكره (نقض) الوضوء؛ لأن لمس الفرج متيقن، لأن الخنثى إن كان ذكرًا فقد لمس ذكره،
