(ولا يُفدى) الأسير (بخيل ولا سلاح) لأنه إعانة علينا (ولا بمُكاتَبٍ وأم ولد) لانعقاد سبب الحرية فيهما (بل) يفادى (بثياب ونحوها) من العُروض والنقود.
