(وإن كان) إسلامهم (بعد الحكم بالقتل، عصموا دماءهم فقط) لأن قَتْل المسلم حرام، ولا يعصمون مالهم ولا ذريتهم؛ لأنها صارت للمسلمين قبل إسلامهم (ولا يُسْتَرَقُّون) لأنهم أسلموا قبل استرقاقهم.
