(ويَرفق بهم في السير بحيث يقدر عليه الضعيف، ولا يشق على القوي) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "أميرُ القَوْمِ أقْطَعُهم (١) " أي: أقلهم سيرًا، ولئلا ينقطع منهم أحد، أو يشق عليهم.
