(ويشاور في أمر الجهاد والمسلمين ذا الرأي والدِّين) لقوله تعالى: {وَشَاوِرْهُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ}. وعن أبي هريرة قال:"ما رأيْتُ أحدًا قطُّ كان أكثرَ مشُورةً لأصحابِهِ مِنْ رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -" رواه أحمد . ولأن فيه تطييبًا لقلوبهم.
