(فإن شَرَط الكافر) المبارز (أن لا يقاتله غير الخارج إليه، أو كان هو العادة، لزمه) الشرط؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - "المُسلِمُونَ على شُروطِهِمْ". والعادة بمنزلة الشرط.
