(ولا تُقبل دعوى القتل) لأخذ السَّلَب (إلا بشهادة رَجُلين. نصًّا (١) ) لأن الشارع اعتبر البينة، وإطلاقها ينصرف إلى شاهدين، وكالقتل العمد، ويأتي في أقسام المشهود به: يُقبل رجل وامرأتان، ورجل ويمين، كسائر الأموال.
