(ومن أنكر الغُلُول، وذكر أنه ابتاع ما بيده، لم يحرق متاعه) لأن الأصل عدم الغُلُول، والحدود تُدرأ بالشُّبهات (حتى يثبت) الغُلُول (ببينة أو إقرار، ولا يقبل في بيِّنة (١) إلا) رجلان
