(وعنه (٣) : يُرجع إلى ما ضربه) أمير المؤمنين (عمر) بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) فـ (لا يُزاد) عليه (ولا يُنقص) عنه؛ لأن اجتهاد عمر أَولى من قول غيره، كيف كان، ولم ينكره أحد من الصحابة مع شهرته، فكان كالإجماع.
