(ومن جاء بمشرك فادَّعى أنه أسره أو اشتراه بماله، وادَّعى المشرك عليه أنه أمَّنه، فأنكر، فالقول قول المسلم) لأن الأصل عدم الأمان (ويكون) الأسير (على ملكه) لأن الأصل إباحة دم الحربي.
