(وإن كان ينام هو) أي: من وجد المني في الثوب (وغيره فيه) أي: في ذلك الثوب الذي وجد به المني، (وكانا من أهل الاحتلام، فلا غسل عليهما) لأن كلا منهما متيقن الطهارة شاك في الحدث.
