(فإن خانهم) شيئًا (أو سرق منهم) شيئًا (أو اقترض) منهم (شيئًا، وجب ردّه إلى أربابه) فإن جاؤوا إلى دار الإسلام، أعطاه لهم، وإلا بعثه إليهم؛ لأنه مالُ معصومٍ بالنسبة إليه.
