(وإن كان المال معه) أي: مع من لَحِقَ بدار الحرب مستوطنًا، أو محاربًا (انتقض الأمان فيه) أي: في المال (كـ) ـما ينتقض الأمان في (نفسه) لوجود المبطل فيهما.
