(وإن لم يختر) البقاء في دار الإسلام، أو كان ممن لا تقبل منه الجزية (فهو على أمانه حتى يخرج إلى مأمنه) أي: حتى يفارق المحلَّ الذي أمَّنَّاه فيه؛ لبقاء أمانه. [
